Who we are
Shokolado is a creative studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia, offering social media management, photography and video production. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the "Start a project" form, we collect your name, email address, business name and the project details you choose to share, such as services, budget, timeline and references. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the information in your message and your contact details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and actions such as submitting the form or tapping a contact link.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Meta Pixel and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technologies to record visits and actions on our site, such as page views, form submissions and taps on contact links. Meta may link this information to your Meta account and use it to measure our ads, build audiences and show you ads. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences, opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Lead ads on Facebook and Instagram
If you send us your details through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta shares the information you submit with us. We use it only to contact you about your enquiry, as described in this policy.
Embedded videos
Our portfolio includes YouTube videos embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube (Google) does not store cookies for these videos until you press play. Once you play a video, Google's privacy policy applies.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business:
- Netlify, which hosts the website and receives form submissions.
- ImprovMX and Google (Gmail), which deliver and store our email.
- Meta, for advertising and analytics as described above.
- Google (YouTube), for embedded videos.
Some of these providers process data outside Georgia, including in the United States and the European Union. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact so we can follow up on projects. Information about clients we have worked with is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. After that, we delete it.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing.
